Rejection of a job offer after long process interviews

Pros

Nothing good about them and they are abusive.

Cons

They make long process of interviews and spend more than hours, weeks, months doing an interview and their only outcome is Rejection of a job after you completed an interview and all the take home tests, assessments, case studies.

Pros

I worked a shift last week and signed in with the app but the app failed to capture my sign in at work. only discovered this at the end od my shift. I have tried to file the paper time sheet that I have had the supervisor fill in but its impossible to upload on the app. Starting a new chat with virtual assistant is an impossible task. All phone calls dont go through from the only number that is displayed. This system is structured to frustrate any communication. Am so shell shocked why a genuine and big organization would work like this
