Pros

Great culture, lovely people. Wei is amazing. So inspiring. The team is so supportive, and the training is very detailed. Their vision and values shine through in everything they do. They are strict on policy, but that's because they expect the best. Nothing less will do.

Cons

Long hours sometimes, lots of information.

Pros

Great recruiting experience, great training experience, welcoming and open senior staff and clear and approachable path to climbing up the ladder. This is a great place to build a career and you'll really feel like you're a part of something important, not just a drone/cog in a wheel.

Cons

Engaged as a 'consultant,' which means no employee benefits—only wages. This setup might suit some, but it’s something to be aware of if benefits are important to you.
