Our internal culture is founded on core values that can be seen and felt in every area of our organization. The Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Facilities we have the pleasure of working with every day are truly at the core of our business and the service we provide them is our highest priority. Overall, it's been a great company to join and I see myself here for many years to come.

Cons

We are a start up, so we move fast and stay very fluid. While we do not have all the structure in place just yet, there is still plenty of opportunities for new people to be apart of building something amazing. This is also fully remote, so if you are not self-motivated and resourceful, this might not be a great fit for you.

There is amazing coaching from management, opportunity for growth and great communication between departments. One thing I enjoy most that there is never a dull moment in day to day operations - strategic thinking, fast paced environment keeps you busy and thats great! We are always working together to improve experiences for all parties and its truly rewarding seeing satisfied nurses and facilities!
