1)base salary is very low just like Mc Donalds-very depends on mercy of passengers. Days are long-14 hrs workday. starts from 6 am till 9pm, 2)storms and weather- passengers are getting seasick and not purchasing anything-no tips no commissions. 3)Ignorant management-they don't care about little people, 4)favoritism-they will promote only their favorite people. no matter how good you work. 5) Bad office-no break room for employees. 6)High turnover-because of everything above.

Low pay for city job. Little room for growth unless you are favorited. Toxic work environment. Gossip goes around like wildfire. Your hard work will likely go unnoticed. If you value your time on this earth, dont work here.
