Pros

Great travel and food perks, lots of fun contests and prizes

Cons

Backstabbing management. Heard coworkers curse in front of customers and managers be nasty and when it is brought up you hear, “Oh that’s just how he/she is.” More than once I heard complaints about the same manager, but she never improved. Lack communication. Bitter coworkers.

Pros

The managers and employees are wonderful, ultimately the job is fun. Commission in the summer time is best.

Cons

The scheduling is based on seniority and "bidding" for the schedule you want. Every couple weeks you are to fill out 7 pages of available schedules in the order you want them most. If you're a new hire, you likely get the bottom of the barrel. If you're flexible on morning versus evening shifts, it should be no problem. But if you like schedule consistency, it can be tricky. Off season months can be very very slow at the reservations department. They hire a lot of seasonal employees in the summer to help with overflow, then let them go come september and october. Not uncommon for them to rehire in the future though.

Pros

you get a paycheck- a below market one, at best.

Cons

The company has lost over 75% of their staff in the last 18 months. Coincidentally, the CFO has been there for 18 months. This place is a train wreck and will inevitably crash and burn. The industry players know it as well- many people in the industry simply refuse to do business with the owner. Operationally, the CFO named herself the COO and knows nothing about Operations- this has caused many issues with the company internally. It is really just a nightmare. They bribe and coerce employees into doing things that lack morality- including writing fake reviews on here. Look at the dates of the most recent "positive reviews". This place is SUCH A JOKE.
