Cons

Mismanaged and unenthusiastic department of engineers. Two rounds of layoffs in less than a year, nobody cares about the product because it kind of sucks, little coherence with parent company

Some great folks were coming into the mix. Especially on the product side.

Cons

A lot of folks shouldn't have been in the positions they were in. They sort of fell into them and didn't know what they were doing. Cliff Mitchel was a waste.
