Pros

Great place for self-development and career advancement. The pay is great even for junior or people just starting out their careers in software. The company is always challenging you. There are never kick back days or easy weeks. It's never boring. There is a very low level of turnover in the company which means most people are pretty happy. Great place for advancement for people that want to put their noses to the grindstone and rise to the top. They allow remote work from home during Covid restrictions for US workers.

Cons

The benefits package has a little more to be desired buy the high starting salaries make up for it. Chico, CA isn't the best location for young professionals so it's sometimes hard to get the best talent. Remote work is helping on this front, however.

Pros

Promotes continuous learning. Fun company culture! (I've met all of my coworkers over Zoom because of COVID. Every Friday, we play games together over Zoom! ClockShark does their best to keep a fun culture despite everyone working from home for the time being!) Your hard work is acknowledged and appreciated!

Cons

ClockShark is a very fast paced place to work! We are continuously growing which means more projects and more responsibilities every day. If you're someone who wants to sit back in a job that is easy, this may not be the place for you.

Pros

A great place to work and keep learning. Never really a dull moment. Everyone is great to work with and supportive of each other.

Cons

-It can be very challenging if you don't have the personality type where you like to get stuff done on your own and don't need so much direction. -You're going to wear a lot of hats and do a lot of new things you probably don't know how to do. This can be a negative or positive depending on the person.
