Well Organized Employer, Highly Respected
Pros
This companies onboarding procedures are very informative, they give you all the information you need to go to the assigned location and complete your duties, of course the first time on the location there will be a Supervisor there to meet with you and to issue you all your gear and uniforms. the Company also has Supervisor's out in the field (which many companies don't) if you need them or in case of emergencies. There are many job opportunities with Close Range International, if you work hard, be on time, always looking sharp with your uniform you will get noticed not only by the Supervisors, but also the Clients that you would be working for, and trust me, they do report on jobs being completed above and beyond their expectations.
Cons
Believe me if there was any Cons to this company, I would let you know, but i have been employed with Close Range International going on three years, and I started out as a regular Security Officer, and have moved up to Account Manager, Granted, I do have 20+ years of experience and served in the military for 12 honorable years, so no I can't think of any Con's.
