Pros

Solid place to start your career and get your teeth cut. You'll learn how to get really good on the phones if you can make it. Tradeshow presence for lead generation.

Cons

Constantly shifting goals, KPIs, and commission structure. A revolving door of coworkers, meaning you'll be spending a fair majority of time servicing your own accounts not having enough time to hit the commission they tell you you can. 50+ nights on the road a year. Less than favorable per diem. You get in an accident/ticket, kiss your commission goodbye.

Pros

Great company and had a great supervisor. There was a lot of company culture as well with no micromanaging from upper management.

Cons

The pay was a little low and getting a raise was hard. It was also difficult to get along with the HR or sales team, it was like a clique.
