Pros

You set your own urgency, but if you hold yourself accountable and pursue your professional and project based goals you will fit in well in this corporate culture. Many of the employees are high energy and joke around while still getting their work done, and every person brings a unique skill set and personality to the crew. I am proud to tell people about what we do as a company, working for a green company is its own reward.

Cons

Departmental communication is an issue. Sometimes projects will be held in limbo due to a lack of resources or misunderstandings. The breakroom and pack picnic area need to be "beautified" when permitted.

Pros

It's a great company to work for if you're ambitious. They are a small company so there is a lot of freedom and independence and you get the opportunity to gain experience in a lot of different fields.

Cons

The owner is rather frugal and there is typically a lot of turnover. Also, not all of the management is on the same page.

Pros

The best company to work for. You can feel the strong positive energy in the building and that starts from the General Manager. They have the best Management that you can ask for. Having a chance to work for this wonderful company opened up a lot of great opportunities. You'll love the core values too. I'm very blessed to be a part of the team.

Cons

There was less interaction between the management and the employee and I think they already improved that weakness. I can say that from the rating of 5 it's now at 8.
