Pros

I cannot express enough how incredible my experience has been working with Closed Loop Recycling. I have been with the company for over a year and a half, and have always looked forward to coming to work each and every day. The culture and environment they have is the best I've ever been a part of. The work is challenging, rewarding, and continues to help me grow personally and professionally. I look forward to a long and happy career with this quickly growing company, and am excited to be a part of its great, inevitable success!

Cons

None. The building could use some upgrades, but it's a work in progress.

Pros

Great opportunities for advancement in salary and position. Great team who are always willing to help each other out. Always.

Cons

Not somewhere you can slack off and slide by doing the bare minimum, a lot is expected of you but if you are looking for a job where you can prove yourself this is a great company for you.

Pros

This company knows how to play hard and word hard. The culture is what makes this company. Everyone knows what they have to do to keep the company afloat while having a good time. The GM lets you work at your own pace and provides you with plenty of useful feedback. As long as you put in your 40(+) hours each week, you don't have to worry. Very minimal micromanaging.

Cons

The company is growing - hiring new faces and improving their processes. That means that there's a lots of trial and errors with new systems. They'll get there eventually.
