Slave Labor with no room for growth.

Paid on time weekly. Offered benefits. Offered vacation time for full time employees.

Cons

Treats employees like slaves. No work/ life balance. Threatens firings weekly. They promise great benefits but they are expensive. With low base salary, Offers reviews and raises every 6 months, but after 7 years, only 1 review and 1 raise. No room for growth.

- Put a lot of time and effort into appreciating their employees. I always felt valued - Excellent training and support - Customer satisfaction was top priority for all who work there

Cons

- There were no cons for working for Closet Factory DFW. I recommend them highly!

Thank you for your feedback. I hear great things about the company spirit and team work at our Dalls/Ft. Worth franchise location. I too, enjoy working with them at the corporate level.
