Closet Factory LV is a franchise. The owners are great and easy to talk to about anything. The company is extremely custom. The office is a great environment.

Cons

Long lead time for clients. A bit higher prices.

Leadership seeks feedback for constant growth for all involved.

Cons

Sales/Designers are paid straight commission after training and those who follow the time tested sales process do very well financially. You do need to be orgainzed and self managed to a point for this position.
