- There were no cons for working for Closet Factory DFW. I recommend them highly!

Since there are no details about the location you worked at or specifics. We do wish you the best and hope your next career move is better suited. It is very unfortunate you are so disappointed in your experience.

Pros

Family-like environment where everyone is very helpful and supportive. Great KCD cad program for making designing easy and fun. Great management support initially and ongoing. Superior product and quality driven installation makes it easy to sell. Great pay that there is no limit on if you develop your program. Flexible hours to allow sufficient design time and quality of life. Most leads are provided by company.

Cons

Learning curve can be intimidating at first. Designers are charged back for errors. There could be more extensive training on the front end.
