Closet Factory has been my employer for a couple of years now, and it’s been an incredible experience. They offer a comprehensive range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and major holidays off. Additionally, there’s an opportunity for a yearly raise based on job performance during employee reviews. But what truly sets Closet Factory apart is the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. I started out as an installer helper, but since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in various departments, gaining a wealth of knowledge about the company’s operations. The management at Closet Factory is exceptional. They were supportive when I expressed my interest in transitioning departments and ensured that I received the necessary training to excel in my new role.
