      A good, straightforward company to work with. Easy processes to work under.

      Cons

      A little too regimented in certain processes that make changes to design, fabrication and installation of components difficult contend with. Processes that are unnecessarily difficult.

      Yes COVID has brought a boom in volume and of course supply chain issues that many businesses are experiencing. This role is not just a good starting sales position. It's a career and lifelong one where the more skill you gain the higher the average sale will be and the higher your pay is. Best wishes and hang in there!
