      Pros

      Pros at this company is having a flexible schedule. This position is also 100% commission so there is no cap on your earnings. It's up to the individual on how much/how little they want to earn or keep learning to be the best designer they can be.

      Cons

      This is a sales position. You will need to know sales (or open to learning) and design. No benefit package for the sales team.

      Great benefits for full time workers Flexible , work remote , independent Office staff is great

      100% commission, no fuel / parking/toll reimbursement Basic outdated sales training A lot of turnover

      The sales training has been completely overhauled and updated to a University style learning experience. The same is true for the presentation materials.

      Pros

      They will do right by the customer and value their experience over squeezing them for more money. This branch is family owned and operated and I feel like they really care about people, both customers and employees. They give you a lot of flexibility and freedom.

      Cons

      Tech is outdated and pretty inefficient, updates don’t come frequently enough, really hard to communicate with service team/installers when something goes wrong. Hard to keep a routine or schedule.
