flexible schedule, high earnings potential, small company feel with fun culture (company lunches, incentives, and parties), great co-worker relationships, fast paced environment, happy customers, great brand recognition

Cons

There is a lot to learn in the business and it may seem overwhelming at first however, if you stick with it and truly want to learn it can be extremely rewarding and satisfying.

Closet Factory really is the best place to work. Going to work is fun, interesting, and exciting. No two days are the same and the team work atmosphere makes handling challenges manageable. Everyone is so positive and committed to customer satisfaction. Our designers, manufacturing, and installation teams are top notch.

Cons

In our current tight job market, it has been hard to find new employees to expand.

Not a week goes by where someone quits & then the workload increases cos they can’t get people to even interview for a job.

Sales have been strong and it sounds like it's put some pressure into the factory. Sorry to hear it and Covid-19 did cause some hiring shortages in the last year. Thanks for your feedback and sorry it didn't work out.
