If you are looking to enhance your skills and find a rewarding career this is a place that can take you a long way towards finding success. With time and skill the job is financially rewarding while stimulating your creative juices. It is a sales job but don't let that scare you. It comes with benefits and big rewards. I couldn't see myself doing anything else right now.

Cons

Attitude is everything. Keep a good one and this job can be rewarding.

Good company to work for if you apply yourself.

Pros

They give you the tools, training, and company truck to get the job done. Very little micro management and for most part their expectations are reasonable.

Cons

Do some traveling and some jobs could be in condominiums or towers.

Closet Factory Response

Installer as with Designer takes time to learn and grow into the job. It is a good fit for people with cabinetry experience or enjoy building things. Also true that we supply all the tools and of course van to use during working hours. It's also great for people that like variation in their daily activities and like to feel they have a fair amount of independence.
