      Thank you for reviewing us. Because many of our designers set their schedules, they can choose to work some weekends and evenings. As their sales manager, I can see how that can cause you to be available on an as-needed basis; however, the Pittsburgh franchise you work at and their designers are fortunate to have such a dedicated manager.

      Horrible management with no growth

      Management is very rude and condescending. No benefits, long hours, and no vacation time.

      Yes, creating your schedule and the high compensation are positives of being a designer. Vacation pay is not part of the package since it's a commission-based position. Many of our designers across the county earn three-figure incomes and, as you have stated, control their schedules and hours worked. They take time off as desired and wouldn't trade for hourly or salaried compensation and the structure that comes with it.
