Zero Work Life Balance

Business Outlook

Pros

The company is having flexible working hours, and the colleagues are so supportive.

Cons

Worst work life balance, they don't care about your personal life they only want you 24*7 in the project. They might give you compoff but when will you take those. Because they expect you to work all day. Hike is another tradegy here even after working for this much the hike % you will receive is very low and will rarely reach 2 digit.

Pros

I’ve been working at Cloud Destinations as a Software Engineer, and I can confidently say it’s an excellent organization for anyone looking to grow in their career. The company provides incredible support at all levels, from managers to peers, fostering an environment where you can thrive professionally and personally. The leadership team is highly approachable, transparent, and committed to employee success, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day work. Cloud Destinations offers ample career growth opportunities through challenging projects, learning programs, and clear career paths. They genuinely invest in their employees’ development, ensuring we stay ahead in our field. The perks and benefits here are noteworthy, ranging from competitive compensation to flexibility and employee-friendly policies that maintain a healthy work-life balance. Overall, Cloud Destinations creates a nurturing workplace where talent and effort are recognized and rewarded. I’m proud to be part of a company that values its employees and actively helps them succeed.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, there are occasional instances where processes can feel slightly stretched, especially during rapid expansions or new project rollouts. A bit more streamlining in cross-department coordination could help improve efficiency further.

Poor culture

Pros

Bad culture here and eavesdropping

Cons

Worst experience in my life. Before joining here, ask the HR when they will provide the experience/relieving letter when you resign from the organisation. They will not provide the experience letter for more than 3 months after resigning. They make to beg for those docs ,Form 16 other relevant docs .. putting your life under risk. Think twice before joining any start-up companies. Talk to ex-employees before joining to any organization.
