Pros

Colleagues in the same team tend to be knowledgeable and supportive. Santander is beautiful.

Cons

Colleagues outside own's team are belligerent and sport an unhealthy "not my problem" attitude. Priorities of many "deep" teams (development, product) are definitely not customer-oriented; doub most have actually talked to a customer ever. Top management conveys confusing messages on overall direction of the company, business model, and so on. Very frustrating.

High Salary, Nice colleagues depending on the department you are working for.

Cons

Constant shifts in direction, product with high technical debt and current customers are not happy with it. Company fired a lot of people in 2023.
