Pros

Only benefit is the approachable culture that allows you to reach out directly any level in the company.

Cons

Unfortunately the company is in a downturn trend. Morale is down, no sales in 2023, some customers from 2022 are a bad fit and cost more to keep than what they pay. Company is cutting people, but is afraid to let go these customers draining time and money.

Pros

At CloudBlue PMs have autonomy to make their own decisions and to drive the Product Strategy and Execution. You will own the product launch and be exposed to a global landscape from day one, impacting customers and markets in several countries

Cons

Although having autonomy is a good thing, it is a mess when you don't have any direction or guidance coming from the leadership. The employees don't know who is the leader of the company... the CEO is a ghost. There's no transparency at all around numbers and how the company is doing. CloudBlue is defined as a startup but in the end the teams are pressured on a daily basis by Ingram Micro Cloud executives. People don't have any clue on what are CloudBlue's priorities.
