- They seem to strike an almost perfect balance of pushing everyone to be better but also maintaining a culture that is extremely supportive and helpful - The culture is absolutely unbeatable. It's the kind of place I always dreamed of working for but wasn't actually sure existed - The internal employee development is amazing - They're the leader in an industry that is absolutely booming right now

- There are times when the youth of the company shows but they tend to respond well to adversity

This is a truly fun place to work. There is a palpable excitement in the office and everyone is on the same page to deliver a quality product for our customers.

Cons
