Pros

CloudOne must adjust and maneuver itself quickly and often to flourish. Along with that comes the need for individuals to do the same at CloudOne. I like that environment. Everyone is rowing in the same direction to reach a common goal even when that direction changes. This is a fun, smart, and fast company - probably in a league of its own in this part of the country. (oh, and they have an unlimited vacation policy....)

Cons

The comments above may not be a fit for everyone. Everything I do has direct impact to CloudOne's ability to compete and grow - good or bad. This constant spotlight may be a con for some. For me - it's a great environment to show up to everyday.

Pros

Most of all I love the openness of CloudOne in all aspects of our culture. Open to differences of opinion, differences of backgrounds, differences in approaches to creatively solving problems. One thing we all agree on is moving forward together and making our customers successful. The experience of the people here is phenomenal. How many companies have "laughter" as a corporate value?

Cons

Like any company in hyper-growth mode, things are constantly changing. Some people thrive in those types of environments and some do not. Personally, I find it energizing.

Outstanding Culture!

Pros

My family stopped by the offices unannounced one day to see where I work. Every single person in the Company stopped what they were doing and came out to meet and greet my family. In addition, the CEO spent over 20 minutes with my two young kids, giving them chocolates and teaching them how to make popcorn in our Company popcorn machine. My kids now want to come to work with me every day. And this was not a show . . . the culture here really is that great!

Cons

CloudOne faces the normal challenges that all young, high-growth companies experience. But, that is also what creates the challenges and opportunities to grow and learn.
