Lack of training, lack of diversity in products no advancement opportunities

This company does not understand that the people working for them are well, people. We had to let someone go for multiple absences for their ADA protected disability appointments under the guise of right to work. It's a disgusting practice they employ here. Conflict resolution between teammates is non-existant with management. Expect to handle them yourself or not at all. There's no meeting between teams unless it's management. The teams are left to assume what the others are thinking often leading to extra work or conflict that could easily be avoided. All in all rating 3/10 Might go enlist now, I've lost the will to work in IT just from these experiences.
