Great Product and the future is bright for Cloudbeds! Great Tech team and they should continue to be on the forefront of product development in the space. There are some amazing people who work at Cloudbeds.

Cons

Leaders in NA are non existent....it literally was the worst awareness of the meaning of leadership....still looking for sales enablement to....well enable sales...the execution on certain things shows just how massive of a disconnect there is from the top to reality. I would guess less than 25 percent of MMs will hit OTE this year which puts cloudbeds at the bottom of the bottom.....of the bottom. Great intentions, bad execution.

The company has a strong focus on remote work. It boasts a diverse workforce. The founders are genuinely passionate about their vision. The software developed is quite decent.

Cons

The experience at this company can vary significantly by department. A lack of visibility into the company's financials resulted in a surprising 12% workforce cut, which created a lot of uncertainty among employees. Unfortunately, management often falls short, leading to limited growth opportunities. Strong contributors frequently go unrecognized until it's too late, which can be frustrating. The company is trying to expand its market but seems to be struggling in that effort. Overall, there are some challenges that need addressing for the company to truly thrive.
