Pros

1. Good WLB 2. Culture and people are good 3. Benefits are decent

Cons

Company lost the luster & brand it used to be once because of lack of innovation and management, Management is not technical what so ever and most good employees left or shown door. Hardly any innovation these days as more processes & people come in way. Company became a sweatshop surviving on legacy customers or old license deals.

Pros

We still run like a start up but with new leadership, headed in the right direction. A lot of opportunities and projects.

Cons

For our size of a company. Id have to say there is too much of a focus on diversity initiatives that employees do not participate in much.

Pros

- Great ppl to work with - The tech stack is pretty compelling, you have the options to deep dive into almost anything that is related to distributed systems / data. Not to mention working on opensource products - You can't have any better office location in Bp - Teams are independent and they can follow their own processes - Remote / hybrid work - additional PTO days, "unplug" days when the whole company is taking some rest

Cons

- Due to previous mergers and direction changes sometime it can be a bit chaotic - The learning curve can be very steep - Too many products to support, engineers has to juggle between many priorites

Thank you for both a great review and for helping build an incredible office that's been instrumental to our growth! We are proud of our strong benefits packages, including our Unplug days, as a time to spend with family or on personal growth. We are always looking for positive ways to improve as an employer and a business- It is reassuring to know that we are making our employees happy both from a work and personal standpoint.
