Pros
- People. Cloudera managed to attract some incredibly talented people and has done a decent job of retaining them - When you work with awesome people, the work naturally tends to be very interesting - Upper management's transparency. Love the way information flows from the top management directly to your ears. - Ofcourse the stocks - I think its almost like sitting on a gold pile in your backyard
Cons
- Career paths can be more well defined - Bonuses and salary could be better. but overall including the stocks I feel well compensated though
