      Pros

      A great company culture. Cutting-edge tech. Co-workers are great and work-life balance is not a myth! Unplug Days are fantastic. Overall, this is a great company to work for.

      Great place for growth opportunties

      Pros

      I have been with Cloudera for over a year and a half and have already been presented an opportunity by my manager regarding opportunity to move into a growth role. My management is always creating opportunties for us to get more involved in the organization outside of my own team. We are well compensated in comparison to the market here. All my coworkers are friendly and helpful, no matter where they are located in the world

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to meet and work with some great people. It was a great place to work.

      Cons

      The company seems to be very unstable. Since going private there has been a lot of turnover. Now they are laying off people. These seem to be very uncertain times for Cloudera.
