      Pros

      Flexibility and decent pay was able to work on my own and wasn’t micromanaged. Good benefits and good people for the most part.

      Cons

      We were without a manager for a long time. No structure and constant org changes

      - Unplug Days - Annual and quarterly bonuses - Salary exceeds market limit

      Cons

      - Leadership is completely disconnected from operational teams. - Focus too much on Great Place to Work rankings, but forget the on-site strategies. - Directors and C-Level Managers live in a different dimension.
