      Flexibility in work, an environment where you learn a lot, respect between colleagues and appreciation of other people's work.

      After one year I can say that there have been many changes, difficulties but it seems there will be improvements

      Pros

      Good salary, flexible working hours (especially crucial for me as I have two little kids), attractive perks and benefits, supportive colleagues and managers and the opportunity to work across various areas and projects, which I consider a big plus.
