      Pros

      Cloudera is a leader in the Big Data space, which is one of the "hot" technology areas. It is a startup, with all the pros that come with that but does not have the uncertainties around funding and user/customer growth. Perks include free lunch every day.

      Cons

      The startup culture is going through a maturing phase and there are growing pains associated with that. The company has to figure out how to increase valuation in the challenging open source space. The business model may continue to evolve as companies struggle with this dilemma.
