Thank you so much for your review and the impact that you have made during your time with Cloudera. Regarding your comments on products, it’s important that we listen to our customers and that we meet their needs to Run and Reinvent, and innovation is key to that work. We are doing everything we can to push the needle and this year being named ‘Gartner's customer choice for Hybrid Data Platform’ shows that our efforts are paying off. However, saying that we need to continue to be focused on innovation and continuous improvement. We are consistently reviewing compensation and have recently received 'Fair Pay certification', this will be reviewed annually going forward. We appreciate your advice.
