      Hard Work but some great technical experts

      Driven by Open Source Enterprise Focused They still use some cool tech (Kafka/Flink/NiFi etc)

      Cons

      Not the cool hyped tech company any more The cool tech is hidden in Cloudera suites which you might not work on

Regarding your comments on products, it’s important that we listen to our customers and that we meet their needs to Run and Reinvent, and innovation is key to that work. We are doing everything we can to push the needle and this year being named ‘Gartner's customer choice for Hybrid Data Platform’ shows that our efforts are paying off. However, saying that we need to continue to be focused on innovation and continuous improvement. Thank you for your review.

      Best company culture.

      Pros

      Additional PTO days for engineering that are not comming of your PTO days. Its usually ~10 additional days a year that are announced at the start of the year. Usually Friday or Monday Food and coffee in the office (lunch on wednesday and monday + snacks everyday) are free. You can work in the office, remote or hybrid Salary is overall good and working overtime (like holidays) pays a nice bonus. Work life balance is super good here. The company actually has a "team budget". Every team has aroun 70~ dollars per person to spend on team building events every quarter.

      Cons

      It is hard to see forward in the companies future since too many things are happening at once, which affects transparency to some extent.
