      1. Great culture - Pre Merger & VC Buyout 2. Not Top-heavy - Pre Merger & VC Buyout 3. Great Pay & Perks 4. My Team & Manager are a great wellwisher! Always happy to work with the team if I get a chance.

      Cons

      1. Layoffs - Layoff Package was the only saving grace! ESOP buyback wasn't added to severance package. Saving every $$$? 2. Clueless decision making - Trying hit or miss with business decision is making the situation even more disastrous. 3. Top Management made tall promises and just failed to deliver on every front. Now employees (who are still around) are put under great pressure.
