      We still run like a start up but with new leadership, headed in the right direction. A lot of opportunities and projects.

      Cons

      For our size of a company. Id have to say there is too much of a focus on diversity initiatives that employees do not participate in much.

      Cloudera leadership team communicates quarterly and is transparent with state of business. Cloudera's UNPLUG days benefit help employees to spend time with love ones, reducing the need for frequent PTO time off.

      Cons

      Cloudera does not provide employees with swags, company t-shirts etc that other company's would.
