      A lot of potential unrealized

      Pros

      - Great product that has some really cool and exciting use cases - Fantastic engineers. Some of the brightest folks I've met in my career. Industry leader types.

      Cons

      - Management talent caliber isn't on par with engineering talent caliber. They come from different planets. - Terrible sales integration with services. Leads to a lot of friction. - Sales org is coin operated while trying to sell an enterprise grade product. Strategically unaligned.
