Pros

- The salary is decent; I don't think you could get a much better package anywhere else in Hungary. - The work/life balance is almost perfect. You can do whatever you want as long as your tasks are completed on time.

Cons

I've seen a few projects, and the code quality is usually quite poor, so if you want to work with the latest technology stacks, you might be disappointed.
