      Pros

      Company days off (unplug days) really add to work/life balance. Management are good to recognize and reward good work & effort. Very collaborative and open environment. Great place to work for someone with a growth mindset, internal mobility and progression is always encouraged. Gives an opportunity to work with very talented & diligent people.

      Cons

      Like many tech companies, there has been a lot of upheaval and change over the last few months which had an impact on morale but we are building ourselves back up.

      Pros

      - people & culture is amazing - flexibility for hybrid & remote working - great for work/life balance and family time - career growth and promotions - leaders are very approachable - Cork office in particular is a really lovely place to work (and fantastic snacks too, and catered lunches once a week) - lots of opportunities to get involved in employee resource groups, DE&I activities and fun committees for Great Place to Work etc - lots of compensation & benefits(health insurance etc), great maternity leave cover
