Pros

- Work life balance is REAL!! This is due to the Unplug days given on top of your annual leave so in total I would have 35+ leave days - Your opinion matters in this company where I have seen changes happened just because I raised a concern. Management is always open for discussion - Cloudera also ALWAYS strive for improvements and efficiencies! The use of BOT (RPA) and Macro really helps with our daily tasks -Cloudera work's culture also allows me to say that I LOVE MY JOB which I was never able to say that in my previous jobs - The Hybrid model of working is unreal too as I don't need to go to the office every day and only goes in if I need to so most of the time I work from home

Cons

The only cons I can think of due to the flat structure in Cloudera it is harder to get promoted (but I think that's probably the same across industry)

Great Culture and Work/Life Balance

The culture is great. I work a diverse group that are located around the globe. Everyone is really helpful and supportive. We have great work/life balance and especially love Unplug days. It is an amazing benefit that not many companies offer. I have been able to explore opportunities to get involved in other areas in the company to broaden my experience.

Cons

Would like to be able to travel more and meet some of my team in person, but other than that, not complaints.
