      Pros

      - As a remote employee it has been important to me to feel a sense of community and connection with my colleagues. Cloudera does an amazing job of helping it's remote employees feel connected. - Easy access to resources for professional and personal growth including free Udemy access, weekly brown bags, etc. - Cloudera definitely promotes work life balance for employees, an amazing perk would be the company wide Unplug Days.

      Pros

      The work life balance is good. The environment is friendly and easy to work in. The unplug days are the best part about the company. It's very convenient to clarify doubts or participate in initiatives. All the facilities are easily available. There's diversity in the Bangalore Cloudera office which makes a nice place to work in.
