We need to continue to be focused on innovation and continuous improvement.       Pros

      Good pay and decent benefits, flexible schedule, product has potential, decent install base but struggling to keep it. Has some capabilities that nobody else can match.

      Cons

      Cloudera is viewed as a legacy company and doesn't seem to be providing new or innovative product offerings. No clear direction on where the company is headed and lack of vision from leadership. Difficult to implement any solutions and time to value is slow. Current hiring freeze, even for positions that people left, indicate that the company doesn't expect much growth in the next year. Current company narrative and goals do not align to the actions they are taking.

Regarding your comments on products, it’s important that we listen to our customers and that we meet their needs to Run & Reinvent, and innovation is key to that work. We are doing everything we can to push the needle and this year being named ‘Gartner's customer choice for Hybrid Data Platform’ shows that our efforts are paying off. However, saying that we need to continue to be focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
