      Good pay. That is it.

      Cons

      To name a few... Unorganized - website changes are made daily that aren't communicated effectively to all teams Ignored - work done often times goes unnoticed or dismissed without care Unprofessional - meeting times are always moved or canceled, communication channels vary incredibly, and strategy is almost nonexistent for SEO. No value - again work is dismissed, strategies performed takes a step forward then 3 steps back with every meeting, and a confusion about what is to be prioritized Blaming games - upper management will often time rebalance issues or mistakes to hide their given responsibilities
