      Pros

      The company was good prior to private. There are no pros now

      Cons

      1. Cloudera 3 is worst post private. 2. Lot of micromanagement 3. Lot many firings. 4. Future is uncertain. Product is not that great. They have stopped CDP one which I s SAas based. There is no proper roadmap of higher management. 5. Not sure why they have hired immensely when they want to fire. 6. The customer churn rate is worst. Customers are turning to different solutions. 7. Many more please refrain from joining. please don't see the positive earlier reviews .Now company has turned worst . You will soon see many negative comments.
