      Pros

      Room to grow at a fast passed industry, great place to work with top engineers from the industry, great fun working with management and C level execs on daily basis.

      Cons

      Need to maintain startup agility and not lose track of bigger picture. Nothing worth mentioning really other than being hunted by recruiters.

      Smart good people who like their work. This is a company that is going places. Lots of opportunities if you can make things happen.

      Cons

      It is a fast growing company, so we have some natural growing pains. Makes it harder to move fast when you have to get through the red tape.
