      1. Office Politics is a main factor which leads to people leaving the company 2. Management team has been changing a lot and has lead to a lot of confusion 3. Growth aspects are stopped by managers

      Quick process, on time and flexible

      Having had and spent time going through a 3 stage interview process, they didn’t see fit to give any feedback after the 3rd and final interview, I detected a sense of arrogance while going through the process and their lack of any sense they have a need to give feedback just confirmed the warning signs I picked up during the 3 interviews. Interview process was very quick and a little disorganised which again I took as a warming sign, I was interested in learning about them and tbh my main driver to continue onto the 2nd and 3rd stages of the interviews. I also pick up a sense of a company at a turning point and a little desperate.
