An amazing place to work but not to grow

Pros

Good salary, very flexible, good work-life balance. Good benefits. The industry is very innovative so that gives the opportunity of learning about new technologies. Good remote working benefits

Cons

After 4 years I can say there is no much opportunity to work, at least in the marketing area. I have barely see any promotions or interest in opening new positions to apply internally. Most team members are in the same position they were when I started which says a lot

We do provide free learning platforms which give you access to unlimited learning through Udemy and there is a supportive culture around internal moves. Promotions in the company exceeded double digits last year and we do try to reward our teams as best possible. We appreciate your constructive feedback and take your comments onboard.

Thank you for your feedback! We are doing everything we can to push the needle and this year being named ‘Gartner's customer choice for Hybrid Data Platform’ shows that our efforts are paying off. However, saying that we need to continue to be focused on innovation and continuous improvement. Listening to our employees is just as important as listening to our customers and we will certainly take this feedback into consideration as we move forward.
