      Work from home, not too much pros other than that

      Cons

      The product is extremely legacy and the technology is outdated. Although branded as “Cloudera,” the focus is still largely on on-premises deployments. There is no clear strategic direction. The company survives primarily because some customers are forced to use on-prem solutions, not because they actually like the product, which is widely seen as difficult and unpleasant to work with.
