      Pros

      I have had a really positive experience working at Cloudera. The culture is genuinely supportive, and leadership is approachable and open to feedback. I really appreciate things like company-wide Unplug days, they’re actually respected and make a big difference for balance. My leaders trust me to do my job and are invested in the people side of the business. The work feels meaningful, the people are smart and kind, and it’s a place where you can do good work without burning out.
